been told that his last policy was cancelled for non-paymentOn Oct 17, emailed *** requesting a copy of his receipt for the Aug 1/payment so we could investigate his claim further
- On Oct 25/*** visited our office and brought in a receipt for a payment in the amount of $*** which was made on Oct 1, We pointed out the date to him and he readily agreed that this was not a payment made on Aug 1, *** claimed that on Aug 1/he spoke to someone in this office who called the insurance company and told him the amount he needed to pay and so he paid it right thenIt was explained that he would need to provide a copy of a receipt for the disputed payment in order for me to pursue any further
- On Oct 31/we received email notice of this complaint from the Revdex.com
- On Nov 1/16, we have phoned the insurance company to which the payment in question was due, ***, and asked them if there were any notes of phone conversations from us regarding the payment in questionThey said that the last note on his file was from a phone conversation from *** on Apr 05/that a payment in the amount of $*** had been made and requesting reinstatement of the policyThe policy was reinstated on May 4/16, however *** had another NSF payment on Jun 29/which was not paid, therefore his policy was cancelled again for non-payment on Aug 04, and because no payment was received the policy was not reinstated this time
- In an effort to support ***'s claims, we have searched all our receipts and deposits to see if a payment may have somehow gotten applied to the wrong account, but have found nothing to support his claim of a payment made on Aug 1, in the amount of $***

I know I payed them the the money for my insurance .they never sent me a scheduled payment plan,they never sent me my policy never sent my insurance cards***i asked them two times to send them out,,they never did ,

they never sent me no policy,,or payment plan dating what date theses payments came out on,,never got no regestered letter from them,,*** should have record of that, as you have to sighn for that,they never sent me no insurance,cards,,weres there copy,,I know I payed cash for my last payment,,
