This company lacks integrity and customer serviceAfter making an appointment for a service call on my gas range and telling them the make, model, and serial number of the appliance as well as describing the nature of the problem, they actually sent a technician out to my home just to tell me that my concern was "actually a standard operation on all GE appliances." He proceeded to bill me $Their website states, "You'll never have to worry about us charging you for time we're not spending in your home doing actual repairs." Sadly, they don't stand by their wordI would certainly avoid this business at all costs!
