This company lacks integrity and customer service. After making an appointment for a service call on my gas range and telling them the make, model, and serial number of the appliance as well as describing the nature of the problem, they actually sent a technician out to my home just to tell me that my concern was "actually a standard operation on all GE appliances." He proceeded to bill me $101.47. Their website states, "You'll never have to worry about us charging you for time we're not spending in your home doing actual repairs." Sadly, they don't stand by their word. I would certainly avoid this business at all costs!
