Bought a car, put $900 down on the car. The car is tore up and the guy puts me off to look at it. Finally he towes it to the lot says he doesn't know when ill receive the car back. It has been less than 30 days so I asked for my money back or a different car. The owner tell me no to use patience. I honestly would just like my $900 back because I don't know if the car is being fixed or just patched up plus no word on when ill get it back. I called a week before the car broke to have it looked at. I told him we would come tow it on Mon [redacted] We towed car in the AC compressor had froze up breaking belt. This is something on a car 9 yrs old 100k miles may happen tomorrow and again it may never happen. The upper control bar on rear had been broken possibly from pot hole. It was not broken when he purchased vehicle. He continued calling wanting his money back. I agreed to give him $200 back ck # [redacted] on [redacted] He wanted all his money back and I told him I could not do it that the damage was more than $700. I did not return.
