The manager should make sure that all staff knows the rules of the agreement so I won't be falsely told that I was out of my contract when I came in and signed the papersI have a mental disorder diagnosed bi polar along with anxietyI believe they were very unfair to me and I feel like there robbing me of my money for the extra months which I don't really have because I was sick in the Waterford for a couple weeks which I have told a staff member and she told me over the phone to come in that day to sign the papersI was off work for almost months so I don't have much income coming in
