We expected Byrne Management to manage the property properly and facilitate a timely and complete payment of rent in the amount of $per monthInstead, we went several months with non-paying "UNAUTHORIZED TENANTS" and are now faced with PAYING EXORBITANT SUMS IN EXCESS OF $DUE TO THEIR MISMANAGEMENTThey also want to drag us into a LAWSUIT for actions they took, which we had no part of We worked with Byrne Management for A YEAR AND THEY NEITHER MANAGED NOR PROTECTED OUR PROPERTYDealing with Byrne Management has caused EXTREME FINANCIAL BURDEN BYRNE MANAGEMENT IS NOW FORCING US TO PAY ALL ATTORNEY FEES BEFORE A COURT OUTCOME OR FACE COLLECTIONS AND DAMAGED CREDIT! BYRNE MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED TO: â ¢ BE TRUTHFUL WITH US â ¢ COMPLETE TWO (2) INTERIOR SURVEYS OF OUR PROPERTY AS OUTLINED IN THEIR CONTRACT â ¢ UTILIZE OUR HOME WARRANTY

Byrne Management is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLEI would not wish this company on my worst enemyI had a rental house I hired them to manage, and it was nothing but a nightmare from the beginningThe hot water heater in the house went out, and I was not informed of the problem until a week later when the tenants were (understandably!) raging mad, then I received a rude phone call from one of their service guys early on a Sunday morningThey hired some guy to install smoke detectors in the ceilings, and he made HUGE holes in my ceilings that left large areas of wiring exposed--ugly AND dangerousWhen I became aware of the problem years later when I laid eyes on the house personally, they refused to do anything to fix the issue, stating it was only "cosmetic"They did not follow through on one single thing they promised me they would do, and when I finally fired them I ended up taking a hit on about $of repair work they would not charge the last tenants forThey are TERRIBLESTAY AWAY

As first time renter with Byrne, it has been an awful experienceI have had many issues in my home since I have lived here for one monthSome of these issues are safety hazardsI have called numerous times and to have repairs done and these issues resolvedWhenever I call I speak to someone t the front desk who tells me that all of the property managers are busy and I should expect a phone call from themI have gone as long as weeks without a returned callThey show no sense of urgency when it comes to the safety of their tenantsThey may seem great and attentive when you're handing them money and signing a leaseAfter that its a nightmare and you will be forgotten with this unethical, unprofessional, unorganized company.DO NOT RENT from them and make the same mistake as I did

Don't do "business" with these everchanging group of people. You will never work with the same person and multiple people with lack of communication skills. Over the phone they can make a good impression but in person these people are unorganized, unprofessional and unwilling to resolve billing issues. There have been atleast three different front office people in the last 5 months not to mention the weekly posting on craigslist for replacements. These people are not familiar with the properties or property management and can not get organized if their life depended on it. Stay away from byrne mangament

Where do I begin? Not only do I not recommend this company to anyone, I strongly caution anyone who values the condition of their property and/or their own sanity to avoid Byrne Management at all costs. I am sure they will try to say that I am just a disgruntled former customer, but let me assure you I am a professional who deals regularly with a variety of other professional service companies and I have never experienced the utter lack of ethics and values as I experienced with this company. We began using Byrne to manage our home in 2010 when we moved out of state. Our home is in the $250-300K price range in a very well maintained community near Colorado Springs. I have included photos of what the home looked like when we hired Byrne in 2010. The first tenants they rented the property to could not afford the rent after only a few months despite Byrne saying that they were "fully qualified". After 6 months they let the tenants out of the lease citing the military relief clause,

They are TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY

We expected Byrne Management to manage the property properly and facilitate a timely and complete payment of rent in the amount of $1175 per month. Instead, we went several months with non-paying "UNAUTHORIZED TENANTS" and are now faced with PAYING EXORBITANT SUMS IN EXCESS OF $7000 DUE TO THEIR MISMANAGEMENT. They also want to drag us into a LAWSUIT for actions they took, which we had no part of.
We worked with Byrne Management for A YEAR AND THEY NEITHER MANAGED NOR PROTECTED OUR PROPERTY. Dealing with Byrne Management has caused EXTREME FINANCIAL BURDEN.
BYRNE MANAGEMENT IS NOW FORCING US TO PAY ALL ATTORNEY FEES BEFORE A COURT OUTCOME OR FACE COLLECTIONS AND DAMAGED CREDIT!
BYRNE MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED TO:

• UTILIZE OUR HOME WARRANTY.

I've lived in about 4 different places and never have I ever dealt with the most rude, inconsiderate, uncaring people. They don't care one bit about they're renters happiness. They refused to fix our outlets, glass doors and our baseboards because "It's not harmful to us" as soon as we moved in. They're really negative and not helpful at all. They messed up on our payments and refused to work around us. They called us saying we're going to evict you if you don't give us our payment! In the next couple of hours they called us back and said "oh sorry finally found your payment. Sorry about the inconvenience." I never ever refer anyone to this place.
