Byrnes Mill Farms

April,I paid off my mobile home located in Byrnes Mill MoThe title was sent to Byrnes Mill FarmsThis has now been over months ago and I still do not have my titleNo one returns my calls and when I do reach anyone at the office I get excuse after excuse

Would like to take a moment to express the lack of cooperation from management and ownership of several issues with the community like the lack of fairness to all except the managements friends and family and the fact that roads are not being fixed (as promised) the pool not being properly maintained and properly fixed,there are numerous sewer issues which have resulted in many sink holes and causing damage to homes yet management will tell you there is no problem yet will continually fill the sinkholes with dirt and rock/gravel (only the manager could authorize such work) and still lie to your face that there is no problem at all,not sure if they have fixed the lagoon issues they promised to fix,but if they havent, yet again have let the community down by raising rent and not addressing the seriousness of the issues at hand,but management will tell their stories of no issues here or that all is fixed (lies of course) I feel new residents should be made aware of the issues at hand because posting it on the community page will get your issue deleted and you blocked from expressing your problems or issues.This place is a joke!
