This is my response to complaint ID ***
This is a little more than a business matter taking in account I have know Mr *** and his family for over yearsAt the end of the following the wedding event in question I was invited to
stay at
Mr *** home, where I had also spent the night beforeMr *** was present while I was going through some of the images from his daughters wedding that dayMr ***
notice one particular images that he took offense toHe had been drinking and had most likely consumed too much to be rationalHe demanded that I delete the image and even threatened me
with physical violenceI explained that the image was by special request from both the bride and her mother ( Mr *** exwife.) The bride and her mother had seen an example of the pose in
my portfolio and requested that I make the imageAfter showing them the preview from my camera they were very excited about the imageTherefore I was not going to delete the image at Mr***
requestYou must understand that the brides mother paid half of my fee and she was expecting the image she had previewedMr*** became so irrational and threatening that I thought it was
better to leave and seek other accommodations for the night, which became my unforeseen expense
As for the time that has lapsed since the event, I have correspondence from the bride showing that it was a period of months after the event before she ever made her selections for prints and
images that should appear in the albumThis delay creates a loose end back log for me that has to be fit into my schedule
I have requested an apology from Mr*** for the threats, and so far have not heard anything from him except for an email stating an nonapologyIt is now obvious to me that he is to stubborn
and irrational to apologizeI now intend to have his daughters album and images to her with in days

My Daughter having her wedding pictures with in 30 days, is all I am trying to accomplish. I feel no need to discuss or explain unprofessionalism that would cause anymore delays. A fathers love for his daughter on her wedding day can only be experienced ,and can never be understood by anyone else. 4/25/2014.
