Attached) was done by a certified N.Y State welder and welding shop in *** N.Y.The purchaser signed the bill of sale that the frame was welded so I don't know where he is stating so surprised, he signed and dated it. When N.YSD.M.VInvestigated this case they had driven this truck for over 7,000 miles. This truck was for sale at $and they bought it at $I bought them a 6 Month Mile Extended Warranty and they got a great deal and Form is attached. At time of N.YSInspection theE Brake was adjusted and worked when they picked it up, and they tested it as to working. I was willing to put new tires on this truck, but that would have raised the purchase price and they said they would take them as they wereAll tires passed NYSInspection and they would put new one's on in the late fallThey new a guy that had a better rate for tires.D.MVInspector found that this vehicle is safe to drive on NYSHighways.Sincerely yours, Dale RByron
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
First of all he tricked me into signing the contract by having me sign the dMV forms before I even signed the contract so at the time I signed the contract sale Byron told me "can't do nothing about it till the title comes back now " so nothing I could do at that point Second the emergency break did not work , and the tires were not legal and not once did I tell him the tires were ok ! Third , I took the truck days later to a *** dealer who did not pass the inspection for FRAME, TIRES and EMERGENCY BRAKE ! So at that time the truck sat in the driveway for weeks because I felt it was unsafe NYS inspector came out agreed with all the issues We took it to two auto body shops that would not put anything in writing , don't wanna get involved that's what they said ! This truck was not a deal , nobody wants a truck with a junk frame , I was tricked and have to drive it everyday knowing it's a danger ! This vehicle has at least seven holes in the frame you can see all the way through , so I have also contacted the attorney general on this I years old and have been taken advantage of and have to pay this for the years I have to pay on it which the truck will not last that Regards, *** ***
