Review: I just discovered that my spouses cell phone was charges $9.99 per month by Byte Spike LLC since 06 Jan 2013. The bill was for a monthly subscription to some imaginary calendar service. What makes this even more deceptive is my wife has been deployed out of the country since this time. The service was cancelled today, 13 May 2013.Desired Settlement: Please refund the charges incurred on my cell phone plan.

Review: As others I received a number of annoying texts over several months. Finally as instructed in the text I replied "Stop" to stop the emails. On that date I was billed $9.99/mo for their "service". I put a stop on that. This is just a scam company. Please file complaints to protect others and shut down this company.Desired Settlement: Send a check for the $9.99 charged, an apology and explanation as to how they got my number and when and where did I give them permission to charge my account.

Review: According to T-Mobile, Byte Spike has charged my daughter's cell phone with $9.99 for 9 months. She/we NEVER purchased anything from Byte Spike on our family cell phone plan. They somehow got our cell phone number and started charging it. It is very difficult to read the phone bill from T-Mobile and we thought she was being charged for going over her data limit. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!Desired Settlement: We would like the $89.91 that you charged without authorization to be returned!!!

Revdex.com of San Diego,
Review: This company has been fraudulently billing me(via my T-Mobile cell phone bill)for services that I didn't sign up for or receive. A charge of $9.99 appears monthly in my cell phone bill, and T-Mobile says that they can't control this charge.T-Mobile representative said that I got signed up for the service because I ignored/deleted a text message that was sent to me by this company. I get lots of SPAM text messages and I always ignore them. Is it legal for a company to sign you up for a service becasue you ignored their SPAM text? T-Mobile hides the charge on the bill by listing it as Premium Services, instead of giving the actual name of the company. I was never notified by Byte Spike or T-Mobile that I was signed up for this service that I never asked for!I was told by TMobile that I need to contact this company directly in order to stop this charge, but I have gotten no response from them when I call.Desired Settlement: I want Byte Spike to stop billing me for a service that I didn't ask for or agree to.
