Review: I received an email on May 27, 2014 stating that the product I ordered had been shipped via FedEx. After not receiving the product be June 2, 2014, I tried tracking the shipment with a tracking number provided in the email from the company on May 27, 2014. FedEx responded both online and with a representative on the phone that they had no records of the tracking number. After calling the business owner several tines, I received an email stating the tracking number would be effective on June4, 2014. At that time I cancelled the order because it would arrive too late. During the initial ordering of the product, the web page stated it would take 5 business days for delivery. That was not the case for me.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $90.95. And have the company be truthful about delivery practices.

Customer cancelled this order after I sent it and was refunded promptly.
I gave her the opportunity to revoke this complaint prior to responding to you.
Obviously she did not contact you nor did she contact me.
