BZ's Project Manager for this job, met and reviewed the job in person prior to starting. The area in question is about 3" away from bump out for the fireplace. I have met with the owner and reviewed the scope of work and exact locations of where she wants the screen system
installed. We have agreed on a course of action towards completing the job to the satisfaction of the customer. She is currently choosing a door and reviewing a detailed drawing prior to BZ resuming work. We apologized to the customer for the miscommunicationWe will work hard to make sure the screen system is installed to the exact specifications of the home owner

I asked for a screened in porch I did not receive drawings I asked Lance for drawings He came to my home and explained they would put one wall abutting my dog-boxed fireplace and would follow the perimeter of the patio Today they started the job and they are inches inside my patio, not abutting the fireplace and attaching to the wall immediately next to my window!!! They've drilled holes in my siding and my concrete and have gone off plan I will not pay for this and want work stopped immediately and my property fixed back to original condition
