While [redacted] is working on my old registration cancelation, can you please ensure my registration for this hadoop tutorial is still confirmed? My old conference confirmation number [redacted],which is what I paid originally by myself and is in the process of cancelation. My new conference confirmation number is [redacted]. I really appreciate your help! Sincerely, [redacted] Please note the complaint notes that [redacted] claims he did not attend. He attended the conference. I do believe this complaint is not in good faith and is trying to obtain a refund for a conference that was attended.

After the conference, they contacted me saying that they couldn't find the record indicating that I attended. They said if I just say yes, they would give me the certificate. I said no. Another registration is another registration. I am asking for the partial refund of registration [redacted].
