This was not false advertising, but simply a misprint on the [redacted] Platform. Each listing on [redacted] is shared by many sellers, including [redacted] . Updates to titles, descriptions and other information on a particular listing can be done by different sellers or [redacted] . We have very... little control over a listing on the [redacted] Platform, but simply match our products to the existing [redacted] listings. We have over 250,000 products and it is very easy to have a typo or misprint on a listing. Our company policies do not guarantee the accuracy of all 250,000 listings available on third party platforms as we do not control the information on those platforms 100%. The customer references the manufacturer in their complaint, saying that the manufacturer also had it listed wrong. In all likelihood, the manufacturer sent us or another company the information to submit to [redacted] on this listing. The customer is wanting 20 of this product for the price of 1. There is nowhere else the customer can obtain 20 of the product for the price they paid. The customer is being unreasonable. However, customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to BZB Marine & RV. We offered a number of solutions to this customer, such as beating the lowest price anywhere else and offering to pay for a return label and full refund. The customer refused these options and filed a complaint instead. It is important to note, that we always ask [redacted] or any other third party website to change the description if an error is brought to our attention and we always try to provide our customers with a more than reasonable solution. We are glad to process a return for this order or beat the cheapest price out there for the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: That is not the way it went downIts not a typo when I get a reciept from BZB products themselves stating the identical information for a pack of Even with identical item number and description on THEIR RECIEPT-NOT FROM *** Never said the manufacturer had it wrong, I said BZB and *** had it listed wrong which was identical to the pack of from the manufacturer, down to the weight and everything-identicalWhich agian includes the hard copy of the receipt sent to me by BZB not *** As far of number of options, it was to send it back for $offI don't feel that is acceptableAgain, not one place with those decriptions or item number had it listed for I, the customer do not feel its my duty to take a loss on what I paid for and have multiple pieces of evidence that I did, than the seller to consider my business a loss and not try to compensate in another wayIf they would even offer to meet me somewhere in the middle it would be appreciated however that doesn't even seem to be a thought let alone an option
