Limited motors received a mock phone call stating our vehicle was being towed from our parking space if they did not come and collect the vehicle since it was financed thru them. when we came home our vehicle was gone and they told us they towed it because of the phone call they received and thought they were doing us a favor, we were reassured they only did it to protect us and our vehicle and we can come pick it up ANYTIME. Now that we went to pick up the vehicle, we are being told we have to pay the tow fees for towing it....I explained to them, they decided to act upon a "prank" phone call without contacting us first and we were told we could pick it up anytime....but the owner, [redacted], still insist us paying HIS tow bill from his employee towing our vehicle without our knowledge. we have sent many people up to limited motors with and with the refer a freind bonus and been a loyal customer the whole time our vehicle has been financed thru them the past 3 years, and this is how you get treated at the end of your vehicle loan.... almost seems like a scam to collect... we will not be refering anyone else to the company due to bad business, poor decisions, and lack of customer service...all by the owner himself
