I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to request that when the existing system is dismantled and taken out, we are given at least 48 hours notice, prior, in order to make necessary arrangements. Additionally, I would like to request the earliest appointment in the day for the dismantling so that we have the opportunity to have another unit installed the same day, without too much disruption.
