In june of 2013, we paid an invoice for a service contract for 1485.00. The invoice was for a subscription for a software product. The reseller (Cad Research) was supposed to pass that payment along to the software company for support. The software company never received the payment from Cad Research on our behalf and as a result, our support contract with the software compay has terminated. Many emails and calls to them have not resolved the issue and any contact with them results in nothing more than a "Dont call us, we will call you" They have refused to comply with several requests for a refund.
