I spent over 1000 dollars to have my a/c fixed and it still didn't work. I called c/a to fix my a/c unit because it was not heating or cooling and the fan would not cut off. the service person that they sent was not very experienced. all he did was start replacing parts. $644.08 later he removed the blower motor and decided this was the culprit the whole time. didn't offer to put old parts back. I was told it would be ten days and another $350.00. after he left with all my old parts I made a few calls and found out I had been overcharged for the parts and service. I called and talked to the boss about it and he said good luck getting any money back from him and for me to have a nice day. they called me in few days and said they found a motor and would come and put it in if I was going to be home. the same person came and after realizing the motor was the wrong one he called the shop. whomever he spoke with wanted him to rig the motor he had but he told them he couldn't and he left. a day or two later they called me again and said that the price had changed to $381.00 but by now I had enough of their [redacted] and told them to forget the motor and bring my old parts back and I would get someone else to install it. they never brought the parts because they knew they were not bad. the boss wont return my calls. I called c/a because they installed my other unit. when the motor was replaced by the other co. the unit still would not work so obviously it wasn't bad to start with. the service tech checked a $26.00 contactor and found it was bad. he replaced it and magically the unit was healed.Desired SettlementI am looking to receive all fees, parts and labor back because there was no correct diagnosis or repair. I also need c/a to reimburse me for the motor I didn't need but couldn't get them to bring back. $381.00 + $644.00= $1,025.00.
