Awful customer service, would not stay in communication or do the work that we requested. Their staff was not checking on subcontractors unless they knew we were visiting. Hired subcontractors that had no experience with the work they were asked to do, resulting in over 1000$ of ruined materials. Did not pay for materials or install to replace. Invoiced for work that they did not do and then tried to explain that we didn't need it done, which never explained why they invoiced for it.
