C & A Pools

Review: Hired C&A Pools to re-plaster my pool. They subcontract the work to [redacted] and the quality is terrible. It is quite noticeable at night when the pool light is on and many quest have mentioned how terrible the pool looks. The plaster is lumpy especially around the pool stairs and it does look awful. I called a d emailed C&A and had no response. They give a great sales pitch on how good they are but in is instance they did not deliver. We spent over $5,000 on the repairs and are dissatisfied with the work and the response to our concerns.Desired Settlement: Fix the problem or return our money so we can get the job done correctly.
