I have a loan open with this company, account #M700019.

I went to the location on 9/16/13 and paid off the majority of the balance on the loan, leaving a balance of $120.33. The lady advised me to come to the location by 10/7/13 to make the final payment of $120.33, to avoid incurring another interest charge of $120.00. My boyfriend, [redacted] just went to the location this afternoon and was advised that since the balance was not paid BEFORE the 7th, then the loan has incurred another interest charge of $120.00. I called and spoke with [redacted] and he was very rude on the phone. I explained he situaton and asked if the charge could be reversed as the loan should have been paid in full today. He said well if I had looked at a calendar then I would have realized that even if the lady said to come in by the 7th, then I should have known to come by Friday the 4th since they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. I advised him that she said BY the 7th, which means I could have come in today and I should not have been chargd any further charges. He said no, I needed to look at a calendar and it's my fault so I owe the additional charge.

The receipt from when I made the payment on 9/16/13 says, "NEXT PAYMENT DUE DATE: 10/7/2013."
