Review: The company asked for a deposit of $450 on 08/**/2012 with a promise to rebate $350 after one year has passed. It has been two years and we have been trying to reach them about these issues for more than a year. The staff who pick up the phone never gives us a direct answer. They always tell us to call back when we call them during their business hours.Desired Settlement: $450
We will need the complainant to provide documents supporting his claim.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
We have the supporting documentation about our deposit agreement. We also looked back at our bank statements and found out that the business charged us twice for amounts that we were not aware of. We have attached proof for our complaints.
At this time, I have not been contacted by The Q Tech regarding complaint ID [redacted].
