The office Manager is very rude. Sending a rude email, mind you all in caps. When I called the office to speak to a Director or someone high up, her words "for what" very unprofessional and rude. Never once was I allowed to speak to anyone higher up to voice my complaint after trying, she stated "do not call here again" and hung up on me.
