I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Cody came out to inspect, take picutres and devise a plan to begin the repair process of the roof.  I am hopeful that the issue will be resolved.

Review: We had our home re-roofed in 2013. The purpose of the roofing was to rid ice-damming and replace failed shingles. The roof appeared well done at first (I rated them highly on [redacted] as we were happy), however during the first winter, the ice damming returned and the following spring, we noticed leaking through the soffits. Since then we have tried calling, texting and emailing several times, but the business has not responded to our requests to repair the roof.Desired Settlement: Repair the leaks and prevent the ice damming we thought would be taken care of before there is damage to the brick siding or inner structure of the house.

Review: I had contacted C&C Services for a estimate on a chimney removal back in September (9-17-14 ). [redacted] was the contact person, I explained to [redacted] what I wanted done and when I would like it completed ( before winter ). On Sept 24th I received his proposal and accepted it $673.50 with 60% due prior to any work, I mailed him $400.00 with a signed copy of agreement on 9-26-14. That evening I was re-reading proposal and noticed it didn't mention a pipe ran through roof for my pellet stove, I e-mailed [redacted] that same night to mention that. And that I accepted his proposal and that at the bottom of the proposal it reads A projects Manager will set up a work schedule and go over any final details with you. I had not heard anything back? November 19th I called [redacted] and got a voice mail and a different contact # ###-###-#### to speak with [redacted]. I called it and talked with [redacted], I explained to [redacted] what the job was and not hearing anything from [redacted] he contacted [redacted] so he said after calling me back that same evening that they would do the job that coming Saturday 11-22 or Sunday 11-23. I never heard anything again and Called [redacted]s number again and got the same voice mail again with [redacted]s contact# so I called him again 12-2-14 to just have [redacted] send my $400.00 back, my bank statement showed it was cashed, nothing again found C&C Services on face book on 12-9-14 messaged [redacted] there nothing which lead to this.Desired Settlement: My money returned, and forget the C&C Services Statement on business card( RELAX, let us do the hard work! )
