Mr. Charles S[redacted] responded very promptly to our request to have our septic tank pumped. He was cordial and explained his procedures clearly. We contacted several companies and his prices were comparable. Our tank had not been pumped in many years and required a great deal of extra effort on his part but he still honored his original quote. We will definitely call him for this service in the future.
