Despite our best efforts to have substantive dialogue (in order to substantiate the clients claims) we have been unable to reach an agreement that will allow us to move forward with this client. We are offering a release from our legal agreement and a return of funds within 15 business days of receipt of the clients notarized general liability release along with a confidentiality agreement. I have spoken with upper management and they have agreed to a 50% cost reduction. Also allowing customer to keep the RCI points account in addition to completing the timeshare transfer.
