over and trim the doors. She said again that she did not want the doors trimmed, she wanted them rehung. [redacted]'s doors have a plastered in jamb which means that she has no door moldings. As I said in my previous response these doors did not work properly before the work began. The only reasonable way to get these doors to work will be to trim them. Under no circumstances will the jambs be cut out and rehung. These problems with the doors are due to the age of the house and the shifting that has occurred over time. [redacted] said she would leave this matter in the hands of the Revdex.com.

After C&R stated that they would not come and look at my complaint about the doors only if he could trim the doors to make them fit I heard nothing from him.
I recontacted him again and he said he would come and see what I was complaining about. He came February 2, and after showing him where he went wrong he said he would come and rehang the doors but didn't know when this would be because he was booked solid. If he knew what he was doing should I show him where he went wrong?
I suggested that he bring someone who knew what he was doing his statement "that will never happen".
His excuse for not coming sooner is that I should have told him what was wrong.

I know that this file has been closed for some time but have been unable to do anything about this matter.
I must apologize for giving you the impression that I was unhappy with Revdex.com Services & assistance. I have no complaints with your services except that it took so long for this complaint took to resolve. It was not your fault. I guess I should have been more aggressive on my part with C. & R.
In deadline date C&R came and reset the hinges on five doors in about two hours. Why did he not check his work the first time. I asked him that and he admitted he did not.

Please accept my apology for sounding unhappy.
Thank you for your help but hope never to have to use your services again. I will have to be more attentive to who I get and how the work is done as it progressive.
