measurements were off by about inches in dimensionsThe ton is smaller in dimension but is still sufficient enough to cool her homeWe apologized for the inconvenience and subtracted $from the costs. The job was completed on the same day as scheduled and it did take about two hours longer than expected and again we apologized if in any way she was inconvenienced. We were unaware of any issues she had with the new unit until this complaint and we have tried to contact the customer after seeing the Revdex.com complaint on many occasions to address the third floor issue she is stating in the complaintShe has not returned any of our phone callsWe are still capable and available to adjust the system to make sure she is getting air to the third floor

Re: In response to complaint @ [redacted]

A clean out is not part of the the contract for heaters and air conditioners, it is part of the chimney and we had no contract to do the chimney. We allowed [redacted]. [redacted] to pay on a monthly payment plan no interest because she was a senior citizen. [redacted]. [redacted] stopped making her payments in February 2013. I called her regarding her bill and she said that the [redacted] air conditioner was a ten seer and not a thirteen seer. I assured her I would correct the manufacturers mistake, and switch out the [redacted] ten seer for a [redacted] thirteen seer at no charge and extend her warranty on the unit. When we tried to contact [redacted]. [redacted] to replace the system she had our main number blocked and we couldn't reach her. We also sent bills and got no response. We did not hear from her until October 2013 when the gas company shut her heat off because she needed a clean out. We had a service man go out to the property and the tag from the gas company said she also had a gas leak. We did the clean out but he did not have the proper equipment to check for the leak because the gas was shut off. We rented special equipment and went back out and pressurized the system and fixed the leak at no charge. The leak was not coming from a pipe that we installed. Again I offered to switch out the [redacted] ten seer unit for the thirteen seer, but that [redacted]. [redacted] needed to begin to make her monthly payments. I told [redacted]. [redacted] to call the gas company and have them take the lock off and turn the heat back on. The additional work, which was not part the contract, the clean out was $345.00. But I will wave that and [redacted]. [redacted] can pay any additional electric she might have incurred and keep the rest of the money. I spoke to [redacted]. [redacted] on November 4, 2013 and she said that the Gas Company put her heat back on, on friday November 1, 2013. Again I must tell you that the condensor we installed was a [redacted] ten seer not a [redacted] thirteen seer as contracted for & our lack of communication & her refusal to pay is what has held this up. I told her we would switch out the unit at no cost to her and extend the warranty whenever she was ready. We plan on scheduling the switch on the week of November 11, 2013 as per [redacted]. [redacted] request.

Review: On May 3-4, 2013, I use this company to install aluminum siding along with emergency repair to my roof. The roof has been leaking since October, 2013 and I made numerous phone calls to the company, sent emails, pictures of the leaks and spoke to **. [redacted] secretary. She assured me that someone will be calling me and come out to re-repair my roof. The were suppose to coat the roof with the rubber system, seal with roof cement and fabric, patch and seal front chimney base, recondition entire roof surface with aluminum fiberglass coating and seal drain pipe. I was charge $800. for the roof repair. I had my neighbor's roofer to look at it and he said none of that was done. My bathroom ceiling is about to fall in and it destroyed. a small section of my dining room ceiling. There is no type of concern or communication on the company's behalf.Desired Settlement: I want them to come back ASAP and redo the roof the way they were suppose to do it and be compensated for getting my bathroom and dining room ceiling fix due to their neglect.

Review: on may 17 I was visited by albert b[redacted] concerning the installation of ac/heating unit. it was supposed to be a 13 seers 3.5 ton unit. during installation the 3.5 ton unit would not fit out my back door and this was the only way to get it in yard.

I was given a 3 ton unit instead and a deduction in price of 250.00. now that I am using the unit I called to state they it was not cooling my third floor and was told to close off all rooms that were not in use. ALL OF MY ROOMS ARE IN USE, IS WHAT I TOLD THEM. my downstairs is freezing, the third floor does not get enough air.

the unit is very noisy I told him I did not want a noisy unit because my heater that they removed was noisy and it drove my nuts and 13 seers is not the most efficient of the seers, I asked about efficiency and was told this would be enough for my home, and since they are the professionals I relied on there recommendations as to the size I would need to sufficiently cool my home,.

they discounted my dryer to connect the air conditioning unit, they were suppose to use a new line (i had four spaces in my electrical box). I called and was told they they do not do this type of thing, but they did. they sent someone out on july 2 to reconnect my dryer. inside the electrical box, they left the wires hanging that were discounted from the dryer. no caps on the end of wires . from what I can understand live wire need to be capped. I am not surprised they wouldn't care if my house burned down.

I have had numerous issues with this company and am not satified as of this date with the installation.

this company has consistently not returned calls and seems to me like since they have been PAID IN FULL, I am at their mercuryDesired Settlement: 1. I want the correct size unit for my home

2. since they were suppose to run a new line, and it was in the cost how much should they have given me back

3 AGAIN, FINISH THE JOB
