In which, [redacted] recorded the discussion I had with [redacted] with her cellular phone (not the other way around as described by [redacted]). Please refer to the video itself for a true and accurate portrayal of events of what occurred between C & T auto Sales and myself.

[redacted] contacted me on Thursday March 23 via email stating he was dropping the 2006 hyundai sonata off, demanding his money back. I emailed [redacted] back stating that I was out of the office and that when I got back I would send my DOT representatives information. As discussed with the...
customer, we are an "AS IS" He took over an hour to test drive the vehicle, look the vehicle over and discuss with his son if this was the vehicle they wanted to purchase. We disclosed to the customer that the vehicle had recently had an engine swap (new engine put in) and the engine itself had a 90 day warranty (60 day warranty remaining) On March 16, 2017 ( 5 days after purchase) I talked to the customer for 9 minutes on the phone (3:47PM-3:56PM) and not once did he state any issues with the vehicle, but stated how good the vehicle has been for his son. Previous to the purchase of the 2006 Hyundai Sonata [redacted] did purchase a 2000 VW from us on March 6, 2016. On March 10, 2017 I received a text asking for a copy of the buyers guide as he could not find his. [redacted] (my husband) than received a phone call stating how unsafe this vehicle was, as his 4 days after purchase engine mount bracket broke. [redacted]d stated how unsafe the VW was and that it could not be driven. We offered to pick the vehicle up from Cottage Grove on our trailer and haul it back to Evansville per our cost, but Tim drove this "unsafe/undrivable" VW from Cottage Grove to Evansville with his son in the car. This is approximately a 25 mile drive. We offered to fix the engine mount brackets on the VW, however the customer wanted to return the vehicle and put the money towards a different vehicle. Tim was reimbursed $165.00 towards to 2000 VW. We did not tell [redacted] that we would not fix the 2000 VW, we gave him the option of putting the money he had into the VW towards another vehicle or we would help cover the cost of the VW. Both Tim and his son Jayce chose to go with the purchase of another vehicle. Today (Friday March 24, 2017) [redacted] came storming into my office, recording me, I kindly asked him to please step outside and called my husband ([redacted]) as I was feeling threatened.He took the licence plated off of the 2006 Hyundai Sonata and stated he would be leaving the vehicle on our lot, we explained that if he did so, the vehicle would be towed at his own expense. He began cussing at both my husband and myself, when we chose to walk away. I immediately contacted my DOT representative.
