C and B Auto Sales Reviews (4)

This is a response letter regarding the complaint filed by [redacted], ID#: [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] came in on October 30'" 2014, before she came she did make a one time phone call to C and B Auto Sales where she asked if both the Lincoln Aviator and the Ford F15O Crew Cab were both at...

a standing price of $1.00; furthermore, Mrs. [redacted] was informed that neither of those vehicles she claimed, were not being sold for that price and that both were at a price of eight thousand dollars or more. Mrs. [redacted] was informed about both prices and was also told that if she didn't have the full dollar amount we did have other routes we could help her take, and explained about financing. Mrs. [redacted] still came in to the business and demanded that the Lincoln Aviator be sold to her at one dollar; also, she was very disrespectful when we offered her financing. Furthermore, the accusations she claims none have any truth to them. Here at C and B Auto Sales we treat our customers with outstanding service and respect they deserve, I [redacted], would never allow anyone to disrespect my customers nor curse at them. We decline Mrs. [redacted] desired settlement, and also apologize if there was any misunderstandings about the vehicles and their pricings but like I said she was informed about the pricings before she came in. Thank you for your time and please let me know if there's anything else I may assist you with on this complaint.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not except the apology response from the C and B Auto Sales. For the plain fact is that I took pictures of the vehicles ads from all the websites that it was listed on. Those pictures can not be manipulated in any manner because of the fact they are websites that were put up and I am not in anyway shape or form part of the building of these sites. In this case I have emailed you at the Revdex.com the pictures of the vehicles ads listings that have the pictures of the vehicles showing the price of a dollar. The Lincoln Aviator had it's own posting on [redacted] which shows the date the posting had went up on the internet October 26,2014. I didn't call once and only one time and if need be I will ask my cell phone company for my cellphone usage be pulled with all of the numbers called so it can show how many times I had called. Yes, I did go down to the dealership. Because I was reassured by [redacted] the sales person to come down. That they would honor the internet price a dollar. The following time I called [redacted] the sales person again to reiterate the dollar price [redacted] the sales person said that they have to sell the cars at that listed price. The next time I called to reiterate the vehicle price I was told by [redacted] the sales person that yes that was the price because his boss was feeling generous I let [redacted] the sales person know that I wanted the Ford F150 as well and the Chevy Tahoe [redacted] the sales person said yes sure. The next call I made to [redacted] the sales person reiterating the price and the vehices I wanted [redacted] the sales person said yes And "For ME to bring my money down the one dollar, two dollars or whatever dollars I saw for the cars honey". The next time I called back to reiterate the price and let [redacted] the sales person know I was coming down if it was going to be honored at that dollar price I had him on speaker phone so that everyone could here what [redacted] the sales person had said that the price of a dollar was going to be honored, so come by with my money honey. Also, I did not get disrespectful to [redacted] the sales person until he entered my personal space by trying to take me into the office. Myself or anyone else's response for that matter will to get on the defensive. And yes he was disrespectful by and I'm not even bothering with the vulgar words but by using the simple offensive quotes and sayings "Am I crazy?","Yeah, you must be crazy","Don't I have better things to do with my time", You're a joke",for my ride to take me to the hospital because I feel like I have a fever and that I may need some kind of help because I'm crazy. And for us just to leave with a smirk [redacted] the sales person said "Let's see if you can get a car." That is disrespectful. The only disrespectful thing I recall was me pulling away from [redacted] the sales person when he was trying to get me to go into the office so we can look into financing. That's it I didn't get vulgar or disrespectful to [redacted] the sales person. Even when [redacted] the sales person didn't want to look at the advertising price I had on my phone. [redacted] the sales person said that he could do what ever he wanted too. If I had only called one time and only once as they claim and say. How did all of the other sales people know when I arrived who I was looking for [redacted] the sales person. And went and got [redacted] the sales person to come speak to me. This is unfortunate as the manager had put it but I made sure that I had taken the pictures with the price and the cars from each website including their own website. To make sure that I was going to get the cars at that price. I'm not trying to be greedy or uncooperative. Because any business of any kind no matter where you go to honors the listed price. Granted they may only honor one or two things that was listed, but the business honors the listed price.
