Zia Trust is a licensed trust company and must adhere to the Uniform Trust Code of New Mexico Under the trust code, the trustee must be in compliance with the direction of the trust document After consultation with several trust attorneys, our company,y in accordance with the trust document, must retain the trust funds and unfortunately for Ms [redacted] cannot and must not make an outright distribution to Ms [redacted] The trustee may make discretionary distributions and have done so at the request of Ms [redacted] The trust has purchased a vehicle and pays for the insurance, taxes and maintenance on the vehicle The trustee must pay vendors directly and require receipts for the discretionary distributions that are made out of the trustOur regulators require backup documentation for all disbursements from the trust The trustee is very willing to make payment in advance for health, education and support for Ms [redacted] or distributions that can be supported by backup documentation The trust document also instructs the trustee to be extremely cautious not to make distributions from the trust that would jeopardize the beneficiary's public assistance We are attempting to adhere trust law and the trust document This has been explained to the Ms [redacted] in several letters, phone calls, emails and a personal visit by the trustee Thank you John A [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to meA check in the amount of $would be acceptable to meHad they refunded me the check for the rock when I first asked for it, I would not have contacted the Revdex.comI constantly called them with very little communication from C & C landscapingThey would never return our callsWe did believe the only trailer they had to deliver materials was involved in an accidentWe also ask them to keep us posted on when we would be able to get the rockWe were promised a couple of times that we would have it by a certain time and no one showed upAfter many attempts to get the job finished we became very frustrated, so of course we weren't happy when we finally was able to talk to someoneThe workers where very nice, but the owner is very hard to deal withI will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved when we receive the check Regards, [redacted] ***

We stayed in contact with this customer through out entire time up until complaint was filed with youA few days prior to his scheduled rock delivery one of our trucks, towing our only dump trailer, was in a very bad accident on IWe immediately informed the customer as well as other customers that this was going to effect that there was going to be a delay in either a delivery or there job if the dump trailer was requiredThis customer, the dump trailer was required to bring his rockWe did not want to lie to anyone so when they asked when we were going to be able to do it we responded with the truth, " We were not sure how long it will be, due to the dump trailer needing two new axles and other repairs." We were searching everywhere trying to locate parts for trailerThe customer did not believe us about the accident, I believeWe offered a refund, they refusedThey demanded a date of delivery which we could not provideWe really tried to please them and we are very sorry for the inconvenienceOur trailer is up and running again as of a few days ago, so we will gladly deliver rock now or issue a refundWhichever option they choose will be fine with usPlease let us know what we do next.Thank You , [redacted] ***

The customer did not believe us about the accident, I believe. We offered a refund, they refused. They demanded a date of delivery which we could not provide. Review: Had artificial turf installed, which service and installation is substandard. Ordered 2 tons of deco gravel that was to be delivered and spread on 4/18/14. They will not answer or return our phone calls. Last time we called the owner, [redacted] hung up when I asked for my money back. We have paid on time and in cash. Owner very rude.
