The service technician that came was professional. However, the older gentleman that answers the phone is incredibly rude (David). They had trouble finding my office location, and he called and was yelling over the phone that the tech couldn't find it. I received one invoice that I forwarded to accounts payable. Due to an error it was missed. I didn't hear anything about this, but 2 months after a service call, he left 2 voicemails on Friday, and one on Tuesday morning as well as sent 2 emails an hour apart stating that he was going to turn my account to collections and put a lien on our property. Had I just been told that payment had not been received sooner, I would have gladly handled it. It isn't the customer's fault if you have poor account management, and I certainly don't deserve to come back from being out of the office for Friday and Monday to have rude, condescending, and threatening voicemails and emails over a course of 2 business days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
