C and K Roofing & Construction

The dark brown gutters installed on my house in May 2011 have defective paint on the elbow pieces of the down spouts. Large pieces of paint/surface coloration are flaking off leaving large white splotches that look terrible. This situation has been getting steadily worse until it reached a level that it affects the appearance significantly. I called C & K on May 8th, 2014 and was told I would get a call back to arrange for an inspection. They did not call. I again called on May 14, 2014, with the same results: no call back. I called the third time on May 15, 2014 . Again I was promised a call back and did not receive one.
