C and M Handyman Service, LLC

The were supposed to come back to finishthe job, but they would not come on weekdays, they wanted to come to do the work. They made such a mess and not clean up anything. They even left their coffey cups on the furniture. I have their Quote, when you start a job and take money youshould be requuired to finish ir.Regards*** ***

We at C and M Handyman service did everything we could to satisfy mr. [redacted] the total amount we charged him was 525.00 we collected a 200.00 deposit all drywall has been hung all that needs done is some light sanding and skim coating. There is 325.00 left on the job we are more than willing to come out and finish the touch ups as long as Mr. [redacted] is willing to pay the remainding balance when we are done and Mr. [redacted] agrees that the only place we were hanging drywall was the main part of the basement the other rooms that [redacted] wants drywall hung is extra but like I said we are more than willing to finish the work that was started as long as Mr [redacted] will let us in to his resident's. I have attach our orginal invoice it has the list of things we are to do when we started and it has the check number from when he paid the 200.00 deposit.

Yes we did collect a deposit from [redacted]  [redacted] it was already torn out all we had to do was go in and hang drywall mud and finish and all drywall was hung and mudded all days that we tried to put him on the schedule so we could finish he did not have available but he wanted us to drop...

everything and finish him at his convenience all deposit money was spent on material and was left at [redacted]'s home we never collected a finished check because we were unable to finish the job due to [redacted] not letting us in to finish also some of our tools were left at his home and we were unable to retain them the contract that we signed for the work to be done at his house all drywall was hung on that contract [redacted] tried to add to the contract but did not want to put it in writing or pay extra
