Calibrating Air installed a programmable theromstat in our home today. My husband and I were very impressed by the high caliber of customer service, professionalism and technical knowleged exhibited by this Colorado Springs company. From the first phone call to schedule an appointment we were greeted by an experienced office staff member that knew their products and answered all our technical questions effortlessly. The subsequent equipment installation was equally impressive. Calibrating Air has another loyal customer to add to their client base. They offer the best price for a great product and, hands down, an extremely high level of customer service that should be standard in the industrty!

They came very quickly to fix my furnace. Nick was very knowledgeable about my paticular furnance and the part that I needed. My home was 51 degrees when he came, but he got it going right away. It was only a temporary fix as I needed a new motor which he had to go get, but was back within the hour! Thank you!

Callibrating Air installed central air conditioning in our house. Contacting them was pleasant because the lady, Nikki, answered the phone with a cheerful response. She was happy to arrange estimates with owners Bart & Brandon. They were honest and knowledgeable in advising us about the project. The gentlemen (one was named Steve) who did the installation were just that, gentlemen. They were on time and did an excellent job, being very careful to do everything right.
Later when we had a new water heater installed, they assisted in bringing everything up to code. Kyle & Chad were diligent in planning and preparing for our needs. They were true gentlemen, too.

Expert service from good people who'll treat you right and stand behind their work. A couple months after a furnace repair, we had a problem with one of the parts. Without hesitation, [redacted] replaced it under warranty.

I have been in my home for 43 years and have had service personnel in many times. Never have I had anyone in that I felt completely comfortable about the job they were
doing. They installed an A/C unit and even corrected some mistakes (without extra charge) that had been made when I had to have new furnace. I wish I had known about Calibrating Air then. It is a family owned business and all of them including the technicians are friendly, courteous and very professional. I recommend them highly.

On 4-8-2015 we had an rheem ac unit put in. At this point we are very happy with not only the initial sales of the unit and service, but also the complete installation. The two techs did a wonderful job and made sure we understood how everything works and all of the paperwork for the warranty.
