Ignorant employees do not help the public consumers in the best way possible

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As I preciously stated, I gave C Auto ample opportunity to see the broken winshield to repair itTheir representives didn't allow this to happen because they failed to properly do their job and relay messages or provide the correct information internallyAgain, driving miles weekly doesn't permit me to be safe and wait more than the weeks I already did, calling trying to get this resolvedEvery time a response is submitted to my complaint, a different EXCUSE is providedI will not accept any response until C Auto takes responsibility for their representitive's incompotence, and the FACT they failed to handle business properly, not myselfWhile many things could have been done differently, the failure came at the hands of individuals within their own organizationI had no idea that SafeLite was a competitorAlso, in my intial complaint and response, I was merely explaining the many issues within the days following installation, not to be misunderstood that the issue at hand is I contacted C Auto more than times in less than a week period trying to get someone to help meWhen I finally spoke with Ryan, he stated he had never heard of the issue until minutes before my callI found his name along with Eileen's online, so by day of my calls I started calling asking for these people or the owner, all while being told they don't take callsPlease take a look at the facts, speak to the representitives and if they are honest, you will see that I did give opportunity, in fact, C Auto had the situation totally in their hands until I realized no one was going to help me Regards, [redacted] ***
