Review: CB Aviation brokered a contract for me to purchase a Mooney M20K. The contract stated that upon closing, the aircraft would be delivered to me at one of two airports in the Phoenix, Arizona area with all equipment functioning normally. Delivery was to be on December 6, 2012 or three days following completion of repairs made by Fair Air. Fair Air made notification that repairs were completed on or about December 18, 2012. CB Aviation failed to deliver The Mooney and several pieces of equipment were not functioning normally. On December 31, 2012, I had to go to Ogden, Utah with a ferry pilot to get the aircraft and make the necessary repairs at a cost of $1095.62 for travel and delivery expenses as well as $2713.78 for repairs. The total damages that I suffered due to their failure to perform according to the contract: $3809.40.
