Review: My friends and I went to burger king on June 25Th 2012 at 9:12pm.. we went through the drive-thru placed our order and once we got to the window the girl was very rude and gave us dirty looks and we were sitting in the drive thru looking to make sure we had all our food and the girl was still giving us dirty looks and then she called the manger and he yelled at us and told us to get out of his drive thru so we couldn't make sure all the food was there.. once we got home we realized that they forgot to give us a sandwich and our food was cold and my friends salad was soggy and gross so we called back up there and they said that they would replace the whole order.. so we drove all the back up there and then they said we cant replace it because we ate a single french fry when we didn't eat anything thing because it was cold.. the manger was also rude and acted like he didnt even care.. so they gave us the district mangers number and she told me to call and talk to the store manger this morning and they wont answer the phone.. I will never go to burger king again.. this experience ruined it for all burger kings..Desired Settlement: we would like to get a full refund..
