This is [redacted] ***, owner and lead jeweler at Alchemy First and foremost, our companyis devoted to customer satisfaction and we look forward to resolving this complaint with a positive outcome for [redacted] and Alchemy.I researched [redacted] complaint and discovered that her ring had been rounded-out by the jeweler from the oval shape it was when it arrived This rounding of the ring could be the reason it feels and fits diiierentlyThe shape of most fingers at the knuckle is closer to square or oval than they are rounded therefore making it easier to lit the ring ontomultiple fingersThe ring was never sized so there is no gold to be retumed We will gladly change the shape of the ring back to the oval shape or size the ring to any size requested if needed, free of charge.When the ring arrived it was missing two of the five fresiH.vater Keshi pearlsWe were able locale and replace the two missing pearls with the best match we could possibly find, but they were slightly larger in size compared to the original three pearls Please refer to the photo for a view of the ring prior to any repairs Unfortunately we don't have a side view showing the oval shape.Unfortunately the amount of time to complete this project was excessive We try to complete repair orders within two weeks after the approval date, but unfortunately the approval happened at a time when our workload was rapidly expanding faster than our two bench jewelers could manage.Because of this inconvenience, I would like to extend a full refund in addition to any adjustments to [redacted] ring free of charge.Please feel free to contact me directly at the store by phone or e mail.Thank you [redacted] ***---Revdex.com REDACTED PICTURE DOCUMENT---
