C B S Cabinets

Almost a year and cabinets are still NOT complete.
December 10, 2010 over $11,000 of cabinets were installed to our newly built home at [redacted]. There was quite a list of 'little mess ups'. I promptly called our salesperson, [redacted], and described the problems that had occurred. CBS then sent their installation consultants out to our home and delivered a touch-up kit and fixed most of the 'mess ups'. There was still a furniture base that did not match the rest of the kitchen island cabinetry. I had emailed [redacted] on April, 7th 2011 (because no follow up had been attempted to date). [redacted] did email on April 15th, 2011 after the installers came out and a mismatched part had been sent to CBS. This was the last date of email, phone call, or any communication.
[redacted], the installer was very empathetic and said he would relay the messages along to his boss about our problems ([redacted] has probably been to our house 5 times total to fix different cabinets).
Our contractor has called CBS at least two times to help also.
Personally, I have called CBS numerous times to follow-up as to when our cabinets will (finally) be completed. One of the more recent calls was Tuesday, October 25th, 2011 where I had to deal with a very rude female that answered the phone. I was put on hold numerous times (including a time where she asked for my name then asked me to hold so she could get a pen!). I did receive a phone call from [redacted] about 5 hours later that day and was told he 'would get to the bottom' of the situation. A week later, Tuesday, November 1st, 2011, still no reply phone call.
