This is my understanding of the situationWe received a signed invoice and payment from Mr***When Mrs [redacted] returned home, she called our office and wanted a refund (but the work had already been agreed to, completed, and paid for) Our office offered her a FREE service call including system adjustments ($value) that she could use anytime in the future.She declined the offer and filed with the Revdex.com.Thank you
