C. Badillo Tree Service

Badillo Tree Service brought heavy equipment down our driveway and yard
1. Broke parts of our driveway
2. Broke part of fence with truck
3. Truck tires dug deep ruts in yard
4. Left empty water bottles in yard
5. Broke OUR rake, and shovel
We brought all of the damages to Mr. C Badillo attention and he replied " it was already like that"
Mr. Badillo was pointing up to the sky and saying" God knows who's telling the truth" He was very offended we were complaining about the damage.
We had asked and read Mr. Badillo website that the company was insured and bonded. When I brought this to Badillo attention he replying" I cancelled because insurance was expensive"
We gave $1,000 less than what was agreed to cover some of the damages. We did not want Mr. Badillo and his team back on our property.
Mr. Badillo told us" never call him again if we need his service"
