I have used their service for over eight years and have always been happy to board my dog thereThe last time I dropped my dog off for boarding on 10/10/,and picked him up on 10/28/They indicated to me that on Monday of the week I picked him up, that they noticed that his eyes where bloodshot, and they thought it was his allergyHe has had mild allergies which has caused staining around his eyes
When I got him home he could barely open his eyes and his eyes where totally red.I took him to my vet and she indicated that he had a reaction to something during boarding and that she felt it was from the antiseptic(in this case diluted bleach) that he got on his paws and then had rubbed into his eyes
She gave me an ointment to put in his eyes and oral pills as wellAfter five days, his eyes are much better, but not totally cleared up yet
I called Doggie Dude ranch to complain about this experience and requested reimbursement for the vet bill, about $The boarding was over $They said they would call me backThey never did
