[redacted] and his crew did a great job replacing the water line from our cistern to the house! For almost 2 yrs the house was increasingly getting more and more air in the lines until the water pump in the basement unprimed itself. As I feared it was the water line sucking air from the ground due to cracks in the line. I was able to rig up an above ground line as a temporary solution for about a week and then by the middle of the next week [redacted] and his group dug up 50ft of water line and replaced it all in one day. They even replaced the brass pipe coming into the house and inspected the brass pipe in the cistern. I haven't had anymore problems with air in the line since it was replaced (almost 3 months now).
[redacted] is extremely knowledgeable and he's almost always available when calling him. He even gave me advice for the temporary line since his crew couldn't make it out until the following week since they had a lot of jobs they were working on at the time.
He was easy to work with, willing to work with you, isn't pompus, didn't show up with a bunch of paper work, and the quoted price was the final price. The price by the way was less than 1/3 of what roto rooter wanted and roto rooter wasn't even going to inspect the pipe that went into the cistern.

This guy and his crew are the greatest. He has always been there for me and my family for any water problems. We never have to wait more than 30 minuets for him to come by and he always calls me right back. He has an outstanding work ethic and he explains things in a way you can understand. He gives you the straight truth and recommends various options and explains the pros and cons of those options. I would never call any other plumber.
