Upon arriving to this customer's home after a request to replace the wall mount bracket and get some extra links on a Wire that was previously installed by us an older TV that was installed originally.The the wire needed to be extended because the inputs on the older TV were on the opposite side
of where they are now on the newer TV so the wire was not long enough to reach to the other side of the TV and plug in also the customer wanted to be able to tilt their TV down they had supplied a TV wall mount bracket in the past and it was a flat bracket with no tilt.What what was needed to complete their request was a d installation of their existing TV and a reinstallation of a new bracket and I also needed to try to pull slack on the Wire which was a Composite Wire these wires are very fragile and cannot be pulled very tight or very hard so it took some time to get that wire extended up through what needed to be done was a longer wire needed to be pulled through however upon that attempt I discovered some extra slack in the wall which we had previously installed before and I used that slack so we did not have to replace the wire I was able to pull the slack up two behind the TV where it was long enough to now reach the new imput on the opposite side of the TV.Also also I had to remove the flap bracket with no tilt and reinstall a tilting bracket in the process I had to open a brand new bracket and I had to replace the arms on their TV so that they would have tilt.All all in all my pricing for such an install would be with a new bracket included the price would have included the wall mount bracket and the D installation as well as the reinstallation I also typically would have charged about bucks to pull the slack up through the wall which included removing the wall plates and the disconnection and reconnection of all the wires from the components so that I could get to the flag and pull it upI would have typically charged somewhere in the area of $for this however this customer was an existing customer so I told her I would give her the pulling of the wire Slack up as an install for only $and then I told her I would give her the wall mount bracket for $both prices were discounted and all was explained to her at the time that she wrote me the check.As far as far as they claim that it only took to minutes that is completely erroneous I have a witness I had a partner with me that help me do the job and we were there for every bit of minutes to an hour the customer did step out of the room for some time however I did not record the amount of time that this customer had stepped out of the room.All all of her charges are legitimate charges and are far more than reasonably priced for what was done any other company would have charged far more for the services that she requested
