Review: We placed a deposit of $200.00 by check on March 23, 2015 to hold Nov. 14, 2015 for a function at Corpus Christi All Star Gym facility. We were told by [redacted] (the owner herself) that we had 1 week to cancel should we find another location. Two days later on March 25, 2015 I went in to cancel. I spoke with [redacted] herself. She wrote down her email address and told me to email her my cancelation notice, she said it could take up to two weeks. So that same evening I emailed her my cancelation notice. I never got a response that she had received my email. So that same Friday, March 27, 2015 I drove to the location and handed [redacted] herself a copy of my email. She said fine. That Friday I noticed the deposit check had cleared my bank. I called her on April 3, 2015 to see when could I expect my refund. She replied in a very sarcastic tone that she had been very busy and I did turn in my notice so she would work on it that Saturday, April 4, 2014. It is now April 21, 2015 and I still have not received my refund or a notice whether by email, or phone as to when I am to expect my refund.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund soon.
