My experience is much the same the complaint on this page, except my heater is brokenTech came out on Wednesday, said it needed a part and would be by next dayOn Friday, after not hearing from him on Thursday, he said he'd be by that nightIt's Tuesday the following week and still unable to get in touch with anyone from that companyTheir follow-through seems lacking [redacted]

I had Flo-Tech sent out under my home warranty The technician came and was polite He "repaired" my issue Within a few days we noticed more problems than we had originally The home warranty sent out a recall and Flo-Tech ignored us multiple times I'd highly recommend NOT using these guys Messed up my system and won't even come back to fix it!

on 3/*** came out to look an electrical problem we were having with our A/C unitHe said it needed an A/C drain switch, removed the old switch and said the A/C should work until he is gets in the new part and installs itI didn't hear back from him so I called on 3/he said he had the part in stock and would install it the morning of 3/ When he didn't show up on the 11th I called him at 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm all no answer so I left messages and never received a call backI called for him on 3/13,3/14,3/15,3/and have never received a call back and the A/C has never been repaired

What a nightmare! My home warranty service sent them to work on my pool/spaThey never called to set an appointment so I had to call themThey never showed up and first claimed that I wasn’t home, which I wasAnd then he said well maybe he had gone to the wrong houseFinally got seombody out there to get the information for the parts neededAfter this, communication completely stoppedThey never called and when I would call them, I left multiple messages and eventually the mail box was fullI’m assuming I wasn’t the only one have trouble with themThe home warranty company was about to send the work order to another provider when they were finally able to get a hold of flo-techTwo weeks after the claim had been made, he finally came to install the partsThe only problem was that one of the parts was leaking and it was the same old thing trying to get a hold of them to come back and correct the issueFinally, the warranty company was able to reach him and he promised he would be at my house at 8am on July 5thHe never showed up or calledThe warranty company made several attempts to make contact until they gave up and assigned the work order to another providerWithin minutes, the new provider called me to set an appointment for the very next day! Already much better experience with the new provider! I wonder if flo-tech just didn’t pay much attention to me since I was a home warranty client
