Purchased home on May 10, and along came a roof certification warranty for two years
with recent rain the roof has been leakingAnd has damaged my roofI have contacted the roof company to come and repair damages caused by the improper installation and wrong certification given by that companythey have not been able to grant the warranty

On May 14, 2015, Allstate Roofing repaired a leak that I was having I had to contact them again on January 31, due to the roof leaking into ceiling into the rug They came back out and put a tarp on the roofThen stated they would be back to fix the roofThat has not happenedNow the roof is leaking, the ceiling has several areas where the water has come in and wet the carpet I was contacted on February 2, 2016, they promised they would fix the roofing issuesI have contacted the company by phone and email again the roof is leaking again in the same spot as beforethe ceiling and rug in my house is damaged

I wanted to share that I had a positive experience with Allstate Roofing Both Ryan and Sandra are great individuals and easy to work with
At one point, I received a contract which was fine, but I wanted it worded a very specific way (this was my first time using this company, so I was cautious) Sandra stepped up and did exactly that, which impressed me
Some other roofing companies that I've contacted didn't even answer there phone, ever Some even responded that they would call me right away, but didn't
Allstate was consistent in that they always called me back
I fully intend to contact them when we are prepared to replace our roof
