I contacted customer [redacted] on Friday, March 31st, in response to his complaintThe cookware he was sent was shipped in error, and I informed of that, in addition to offering him our sincere apologiesI told him we would be shipping out a complete replacement set with no charge for shipping on Tuesday, April 4thHe appeared to be satisfied, and we hope he will be pleased with the cookware when he receives it
