Review: I took my 1990 Mazda B2200 pickup to C&C auto for oil pan leak gasket replacement/repair and another oil leak in that area. I also had C&C do other work at the same time prior to my deployment in May, 2012. Work was done and I expected all was complete in accordance with their advertising of "We fix it first time". Unfortunately, this slogan did not rang true. I had leaks in the oil pan gasket and other area still. [redacted], the owner said he would fix it and return it. I trusted him and returned it to him for repairs. This same scenario repeated at least five times and the oil leaks were never fixed. There were numerous reasons why it never got fixed: thought we had fixed it, no screw in oil pan gasket, shoddy employee did the work etc. This continued and I worked with [redacted] on his promise to fix it. This was a major inconvenience for me as I live on the other side of town. I had to arrange rides for someone to pick me up and drop me off each time in trying to work with [redacted] to get the fixed. [redacted] never offered any consideration for my time or inconvenience. [redacted] stated give me another try and I will fix it. I believed he was an upstanding citizen and honorbale small business owner. After my final time, I told [redacted] I was going to take it somewhere else to get it fixed and would he pay the bill. He stated he would but wanted to ensure whoever I took it to was a member of some auto association, a name I cannot remember. Regardless, I finally took it to [redacted] in [redacted], Texas. I told [redacted] this and he stated they were not a good shop and had lots of complaints against them. Regardless, [redacted] fixed all leaks with no repeat oil leaks for $365.00. I dropped off all paperwork to show [redacted] work/cost for reimbursement. [redacted] said check would be sent by mail, but was away for a bereavement, so he would get check out when he returned and got back on schedule. No issue, I understood and trusted him. A month later, still no check. I called [redacted] and he apologized and said he finally got with his accountant and check was sent and should reach me within a day or two. Again, it never happened. I would like reimbursement for $365.00 for the repair. This is a small price to pay considering my inconvenience over the year and a half of being lied to, numerous trips to C & C auto and empty promises by [redacted]. He is not an honest business man and his advertisement is a lie, they cannot fix it first time. I am done with trying to work with [redacted].Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of work performed by [redacted] for repair of oil leak. Send check to my house for $365.00.

Review: I had a problem with some hydraulics in November of last year. At the recommendation of C&C Auto Clinic I requested a kit that would resolve future problems and provide me with the same ride. Supposedly [redacted], the owner put a kit on my car November of 2012, which I paid $1400 up front, and he told me that it would cost me around $1800-$2000 and would resolve future problems with my hydraulics. This kit was supposed to be under warranty for two years. However, we have not settled this bill because he continued to find thousands of excuses why the bill was not ready, I still do not have the final bill from November. On 7/12/13 I was on my way to Austin and my hydraulics failed, I hit a pot hole, my fog light was dislodged and thrown out and the undercarriage of my bumper was damaged. I called [redacted] and he told me that I was under warranty and to bring it to him on Monday morning. I dropped my car off at C&C Auto Clinic on 7/15/13 and picked up a rental car which [redacted] told me that the distributor of the kit would be paying for. Week after week he continued to have a story why my car was not fixed and that he was in touch with the distributor of my kit, and that they were determining who is at fault. Finally he start telling me that the distributor was going to write me a check, he lied week after week. He told me that he had a leak in the comppressor and or strut, but that he did not have time to work on it. I told him to send my car to [redacted] Collision so that they could begin the painting so that I could get my car back, the car was taken to [redacted] Collision on 8/23/13. [redacted] Collision is the authorized painter for [redacted]. While the car was at [redacted] Collision [redacted] authorized [redacted] to send it to the [redacted] to have the leak corrected. Then he did not want to pay for the services that [redacted] performed. I could not wait any longer, I paid all bills, which include 3,827 to [redacted] for [redacted] and [redacted] Collision combined, $250 to [redacted] for the body work off my insurance and $2, 322 to enterprise rental car for an invisible kit that I was supposed to be under warranty. On 9/27/13 I picked my car up, C&C has not paid one penny. After talking to all the parties involved, I was informed that there is not kit on my car, just original equipment. Some other parts had to be replaced by [redacted] due to the original problem that was caused by the leak. I have all receipts except for the oringinal bill or the final one at C&C. At this point I have no reason to believe that C&C did not commit fraud because of the way this situation has played out and the invisible kit. I had the police go to his business with me as a witness to collect my bills on 9/27/13 however, [redacted] was not there and the officer just made a report. I will attempt to collect this bills again with the police on 10/11/13Desired Settlement: I also want the original $1400 I paid for this invisible kit and 3 new shocks because he never put the kit on my car, he lied about it and he knows that he is supposed to replace the shocks in pairs, which was recommended by the dealer. I turned my car into him on 7/15/13 and only got it back on 9/27/13 because I paid all of the money. I am out of close to $7000 for a kit that is invisible and underwarranty. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this for me.

Thanks
